I have been experiencing difficulties with Rain not being able to change my billing date successfully and every few months I have to go through a tedious process with several consultants to explain the problem and have them fix it, again, but today for the first time I was immediately understood and assisted by the most helpful consultant, Anjali ajay Karade.
