I have been experiencing connectivity issues and I did all the recommended troubleshooting steps as provided by Rain - unplug the router and plug it back in, restart it by using the power button, restarting by using the small reset button with a pin etc and I spent over 25 minutes on the phone with a consultant who simply made me repeat the aforementioned troubleshooting instructions at least 3 times. Nothing has been resolved, I have not received any communication in regards to my query being escalated. It’s such a waste of time having to call a consultant only to make me repeat the same steps and not having the issue resolved as it comes out of my work time as well. Rain never fails to disappoint, that’s the only thing guaranteed about them.
