I have a problem with delivery of my 5g router

I have a problem with delivery of my 5g router. It was supposed to be diliver today and now they are calling me to cancel my delivery and pointing Monday next week 😡 and that contradicts with your 3 to 5 working days policy because I paid on Monday morning and they promised to deliver today.
