I have a dispute and I need my refund ASAP

So here is my story I made payment on the 25th as i usually do and I know if u don't make payment they disconnect my router. To my surprise they disconnect my router saying I didn't pay well I made payment again today I check if I made payment on the 25th they said yes u did make payment they even provided me with proof of payment today cause I knw I don't miss the payment on the 25th now I need my refund they are telling me stories
