I have a delivery scheduled today at 10am with CCD couriers , for the past few days the tracking hasn't updated and CCD informed me that they still have not received confirmation from Rain , I then proceeded to spend over R600 in airtime before someone at Rain answering a phone assuring me they sent a confirmation email to CCD and they have finalised everything i can call CCD back etc etc etc , after multiple calls and multiple departments checking they have received no updated or confirmations from Rain , the customer support at Rain is non existent , they do not assist in anyway whatsoever. No one has answers. Imagine we decide we won't pay , we would be hassled and bugged instantly. CCD has promised me in every aspect they have no received any confirmation fro RAIN ! I HAVE EMAILED , GONE TO THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, CALLED OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND NO ANSWER ANYWHERE !
