I have a bad experience with rain i psid my rain arreas on Friday the 27th of July thru their debtors nudebt around 10 am nudebt sent rsin my proof of payment and ticket number i also sent them a proof of payment to their email address document *** on, the 1st of August i have beenn calling rain up to date till now they have not reconnected my services im only get responses like im sory mam we will escalate your problem to support or billing but till now and im told we will call you back about your issue they dont call you if i call i speak to a different ugernt everyday different story everyday now i dont nkow what to do if i go to may rain app and try to pay now it shows my arrears are zero plz can you kindly help me get reconnected
