I have a 5g connection with rain which has not been working for 5 days now. I have reported it on multiple occasions. They keep saying they are going to fix the problem but another day goes by...o foind the turnaround time on fixing this to be quite path

I have a 5g connection with rain which has not been working for 5 days now. I have reported it on multiple occasions. They keep saying they are going to fix the problem but another day goes by...o foind the turnaround time on fixing this to be quite pathetic. How can a nationalncompany after 5 days still not have thia sorted. Sub standard service delivery.
