I hate the day I decided to join Rain Mobile
I hate the day I decided to join Rain Mobile. They dropped the ball during the COVID 19 lockdown and I stopped using their services. 2023 I received communication that it was in arrears for 2021. After querying the amount it got reduced. When I needed breakdown for the latest amount I get a lousy explanation. Why should I pay for 2 months when I received poor service for a MONTH!!!!! 🤷🏽♂️😡 ***!!!!
