I hate Rain!!!! Worst experience ever!!!

I have had the worst experience with Rain, I really regret dealing with is company and they are not interested in assisting me as a paying client. for 5 months I struggled with internet where the network drops every 20 minutes. every call we do trouble shooting and the issue is not resolved, I tried to ask for a new unit because clearly the one I have is faulty and no one can or is interested in helping me. I put up with their **** for 5 months because they are the cheapest but I would rather pay more and get what I pay for, I hate Rain!!!!
