I hate rain they charging twice in one month

Rain please explain iv been out of the country for 6 months I came back on the 29th I paid 265r i than took rain 1 they just delivered it now it’s shows I owe 285r please remove that balance cause I can’t pay twice in a month change my debit date to 27th now I can’t work cause you cut me off I can’t even change anything
