I hate Rain and I'm going to cancel my subscription

From the 26th of July to the 05th of August I didn't have any internet connection because I was told that the towers were down and mind you I stay 2 streets away from where I'm staying. After the service came back I called requesting that I be credited for those 2 weeks I didn't have any service, I was told that the matter will be forwarded to the billing department and they'll contact and to no surprise whatsoever they haven't called me and it's been 2 weeks, on Monday I called Rain requesting that they put me through to the billing department because I wanted to confirm that I was going to be credited as the payment is going to go off on the 25th but I was told again that they can't put me through to them and they'll forward my request to them and they'll call me or send me an email but nothing has happened thus far, I called again yesterday and was told the same story,and oh, yesterday again the tower was down and I only got reconnect about an hour ago. So asseblief you better not deduct the full amount tomorrow or else hell will break loose
