I hate Rain

I received a delivery of a Rain Router 5G delivered by Ram on Wednesday. Since then I have not been able to use it. I have called the supposed internet provider on numerous times and was informed to go through their chat services instead. I tried that. Invariably, I found that I would be placed back in the queue, I would wait it out. However, once I go closer to the front of the line I would get an email telling me the chat has been terminated and notifying me that I would get a call from them between 24 and 48 hours. They never do. They are simply the most useful service provider I've ever come across. The worst part is that now I can't even get a hold of them to cancel.
