I had to immediately go from Durban to Johannesburg to assist my daughter who started suffering from cancer. I used the app to communicate with Rain numerous times to cancel my sim.I received email every time stating that I would be contacted. I then phoned Rain numerous times without any results. I then phoned the head office number on Google maps and Azukiwe answered and she gave me amazing 👏 service ref *** . PreeviouIy I was sent a sms telling me I was on a Promo and my subscription was put up to R529 without my input. Regards,William Edwin Pheby

As I said in my review.My address is in Amanzimtoti and I have been in Johannesburg about 2 months now.I am supporting my daughter suffering from cancer.Only God knows when I will be back home.When I get back I will let you know and you can then fetch the router.Regards,William Edwin Pheby

My service has been canceled by Azukiwe one of your staff at Rain head office.She has also credited my December amount as she could see I did not use any data for December.If you phone the manager of our building at *** he has access and he will hand the router over to you.

HI,Almost 18 months later after being cleared by Rain management of all debt,I received a message from Rain that I have been handed over to a Debt Collector called NuDebt.
I really don't understand how this could happen if I have been exonerated from all debt and above all my whole Saga can clearly be observed reply after reply.
Hopefully, I will be able to report good news in my next reply.I just want to thank and congratulate Hello Peter with this wonderful service offered to the consumers and its great to have on record the struggles I have gone through after dealing with the company Rain.

I was given a number to phone NuDebt.I was holding on for my call to be answered for about 30 minutes.
I was forced to hang up because my explanation to them would also have taken another hour due to their utter incompetence .
