I had the worst ever experience with a Rain employee this morning. Had to phone again and spoke to Heramb Jadhav. I take my hat off to his excellent service to a highly frustrated, annoyed, angry client. Well done Heramb!!! You are a great Rain ambassador who have changed my negative opinion about your company!!!!!
