I had the best assistance from a lady called Zandile of which she helped me with my queries I had. Zandile was the first person in a couple of months who really tried to assist me as best she could and I appreciated it because all my previous calls I made I was faced with either people who did not care about what I was telling them or with people who would promise but not deliver on their promises. I appreciate the effort Zandile put in to assist me and I promise to ask for her the next time I have any queries with rain as she is very professional polite and sincere.
