I had some connectivity issues that lasted for quite some time

I had some connectivity issues that lasted for quite some time. I would like to specifically thank Oscar in helping me resolve this matter. Stayed on the line with me for an extended period of time ensuring that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible. I spoke to some wonderful really helpful advisors along the way but Oscar stood out for his diligence in dealing with this matter. Called me back when the line dropped, and when he called me back he said "I told you I would call you back sir" he also said to me "I've got your back sir" and I told him I'd have his back all the same when it came time for a review. Big respect to you my man. Keep pushing that overtime, vampire or not. Priorities. Thank you mate.
