I had slow connection speeds this whole weekend.Today, I received a call from Berlinda from Rain and she took me through the process of the connection speed errors,as well as how to resolve them.She explained what caused the challenge and how to resolve it in the future. My challenge was resolved.She was very patient with me, and she seemed to know what she was talking about.I was very happy with my experience.
