I had Rain101 installed in my house back in April

I had Rain101 installed in my house back in April. I struggled with Rain101 connection and I arranged with Rain101 courier company(CCD couriers) to come collect the unit as I didn't use it at all even though I paid for the period stipulated by their consultant from ordering process. The courier company collected the unit and I phoned Rain101 to credit my account since the unit was returned but they billed me for the whole month following the period when the unit was returned to them. I was promised in June that my account will be credited but to this day, nothing has been done.
