I had paid my monthly subscription in December of 2024 and they cut of my service mid month. I then had to transfer my funds to ensure they don't deduct again in January but to my surprise they deducted a full month for January 5 days before the initial debit order date. I was so upset because the money was meant for my sons school fees. Now I'm in a scenario where I need to loan money to pay his school fees. And when I lodged a complaint they talked about their policies and that they control my bank card. I ended up getting a credit for the next month. So I will only be paying my next debit order for March month. All thanks to that very nice lady who called me and explained everything so calmly and professionally.
