I had ordered my rain router that comes with 2 sim cards last week Thursday and it was delivered Friday. I did set it up and all but one of the sim cards never worked to date and they never gave me my login details as to check or monitor my data, sms, minutes. I had request calls since from Friday of which they call but no assistance on my login in its always some American people calling me back,..... John, Frank, Smith, Daniel, luke, Ammy, and Lorraine. All the names I mentioned they will say there's a problem from their side they will escalate the matter with management for them to sort it out. No feedback whatsoever. Come month end they would want me to pay for a service that they did not rander to me like I said 1sim card never worked, no data, no air, nothing and no access to my account!!! This is really bull****, they sell people lies
