I had initially called in a fit if rage because I had no signal on my 2x rain 4G sims. Only to realise that my phone is a 3G phone and not 4G. So I humbly apologised to Lunga for my outburst and feel so guilty and bad about how I reacted. He then still opted to assist me and we are able to resolve my query.
