I had an outstanding Promise to Pay of R289

I had an outstanding Promise to Pay of R289.00. My monthly bill due on 1st Oct 2025( I manually pay them on 25 via link they send me) is R589 total R858 which I paid on 25 Sep 2025. In the interim they ran a debit today and are now saying I need to pay again or my service will be cut. They never call back and there no other contact details for an accounts person to speak to. All calls are routed out of Africa.
