I had an issue with the connection on my router

I had an issue with the connection on my router. I called in to the customer service line and spoke with a lovely lady by the name of Fezeka who was very helpful and patient with me. The call dropped on my end and she made sure to call me back making sure that my connection issue was resolved 😁 I am very happy with the service Fezeka provided me with today
