I had an issue with porting my number to rain and I called the support line to assist as I had not been receiving calls and agents kept dropping the phone, or saying they'll escalate the matter of which they didn't. I called the support line again the following morning and this lovely lady name Trupti Kasar was patient enough with me, guided me and eventually solved the problem in one phone call which took less than 30 minutes. I appreciate her so much because I'd given up on Rain as a service provider but she gave me hope again, I wish there were more agents like her in the business. Thank you Trupti Kasar
