I had an issue with my router not allowing my desktop and laptop to connect to the internet

I had an issue with my router not allowing my desktop and laptop to connect to the internet. Upon liaison with the help desk at rain we were able to correct this problem by reloading the firmware and then resetting the router. I would like to thank the rain support member for his assistance, patience and determination to resolving my issue. Regards, Trevor
