I had an issue with the rain router and contacted customer service.... To my surprise I was introduced to one of the most helpful agents who took the time to help me through my issue as well as stayed on the line with me until the issue was resolved.... I am really grateful for your time and patience with me as I know I was a bit irrate due to the fact that we have been facing endless problems with Rain.....
