I had an extremely frustrating experience with Rain for the past week, and I almost lost hope completely after talking to about 7 different Client Support Consultants. We had to cancel our initial order as we received a defective router, and no one was truly willing to help us. I wanted to see if starting a new order on my account would be easier to get wifi ASAP as my fiance and I work from home. I am sooooo grateful that I got Akhona Macingwana on the other side of the call. Rain, please cherish this amazing consultant as he was able to retain a very frustrated customer which you all know is a difficult thing to do. His service was impeccable, and he truly gave me hope in Rain.
