I had an amazing experience yesterday with one of rain sales consultant, he was very kind and understanding. I was at the mall the time l requested a call from them and luckily the guy helping me was so understanding and very kind, l had network problems the call would cut whilst talking and he called me back countless times, took me through the whole process until l was done with the payments. Although l forgot his name but his service was a 11/10 really great.
