I had a sim swap I requested 3 weeks ago. My last call in desperation for help a young man called Depesh said he will help me. He kept on phoning me back so that I know exactly what is happening and the process of my problem. I got a call yesterday to let me know that my SIM card had been dispatched. I just had another call from Depesh letting me know the SIM has been sent. Depesh you are a great, dedicated and very friendly person. I believe you are a great asset to your company.
