I had a problem with Rain regarding the billing

I had a problem with Rain regarding the billing. I was told that I’m owing +-R7000 on my account after a year of not using the service. I called them and I told them that when I initially joined their internet service I was told that this is more like pay as you go , you get billed for what you used so I don’t owe them anything since I don’t have a contract with them. So they explained to me that I whatever that I was told was a lie. When I called and query about my balance the lady that was assisting me was very professional and helpful my matter was resolved within a day.
