I had a problem with my Internet speed and struggled 4 months to get it sorted.after I gave them a bad review they sorted out my problem. The next step is to see of they can keep their promise. Offering me 3 months Free Internet which was promise on 28 November on Black Friday.I give them 4stars the other star remains to be seen
