I had a problem with my indoor wifi router, the signal was very weak i had to run around the whole house to get better signal, after i have logged a call with their call centre, within 2 days a technician came through to test the router, he picked up the weak signal as well and then changed the whole setup for an outdoor router that made things seamless for me. As of now the network signal is steady and excellent
