I had a problem with their connection for 3 months last year late then I called them more than twice complaining then they told me then have a problem with the connection in my place but they will send the technical team and nothing happening till I decided to tell them I'm cancelling contract but they keep on deducting money from my account for that 3 months then I went to the bank and block them
