I had a hard time with Rain for the past month trying to get me connected and every consultant I spoke to, just gave me the run around and told me they will send my request to the technical team and 4 weeks passed without any assistance.. Then Daniel Rungwe, came and sorted everything out with such great professionalism, calm and respect... He called me back and Rain consultants will never call you back but would rather send you a ticket number... After a month of no internet connection, Daniel organized a new device for me in less that 2 days and the fact that he listened to everything I was saying made it easy for him to see the problem without even trying to hard...
