I had a connectivity issue with my new rain one Sim card

I had a connectivity issue with my new rain one Sim card. I called the contact center and was assisted by Ayanda Komane. She was extremely friendly and walked me through the necessary steps to fix the issue. I appreciate that she also called after the incident to ensure that I was satisfied. Great customer service!
