I had a connection problem with my router and I went to the rain store in Paulshof and I was helped by a guy named Evans Moagi, he made sure that my problem was fixed he even called me after his shift to let me know that he was working on my issue and he promised to resolve it and he did. He even went an extra mile by helping me telephonically as it was his day off the following day....I am very much grateful to him
