I had a bad experience with Rain for a month of trying to get hold of people to help me to WiFi speed problems ect but thanks to a brilliant kind person Kathleen Sy who helped me fix all my problems I had where loads of employees there couldn’t help with. Please give her a promotion in her job and pay her well because she definitely knows how to deal with clients, she knows her job and definitely has great leadership qualities. She is definitely a hard worker that needs to be praised for her excellent service.
