I got a five star service from Vaishnavi from the support centre through a phone call but Rain services in general are hectic

I got a five star service from Vaishnavi from the support centre through a phone call but Rain services in general are hectic. The support centre through the my rain app is unattended to.I have been trying to make a query for three months now.I only managed to get help now after phoning but their emails are non existent
