I got a call this morning, I don't remember the gentleman's name but he helped me throughout the process of getting a new account, payment, and sending me the address to collect my package. I should say he was great and was patient through out the entire process. You should have come people like him. Rain works exceptionally well in my area. Thanks for the good work.
