I gave 1 star because there was no 0 star or minus stars option. My experience with Rain has been shocking and totally horrible, 3 months of intermittent to no connection at all, I have been giving them chance upon chance, on of that the guy sent to deliver my Rain One SIM cards was on his phone when he delivered the cards wouldn’t get out of the car to hand over the cards insisted I should come to his car, I spoke to his supervisor she promised to do something about until today I have heard nothing.
