I finally got it...

How on earth did they achieve the WHOPPING 1.8 trust rating??? I wonder what would happen if EVERY dissatisfied customer were to stop payments. I received lots of auto responses and 2 actual blabber emails since 29 April, the day my sim was delivered. Today I got it, I finally got it... an email with a customer satisfaction survey. What a blessed day.
