I was told when joining rain that if I missed payment I wouldn’t have connectivity for that month and I had no problem with that. In the month of June I didn’t make payment. Yesterday I made payment thinking it was for July and they saying it was for June. They said they gave me grace and claim I was online for 21 days. I asked for a dispute and Phumeza said something about it being impossible to dispute that. I asked her why would rain want to charge me the full amount whereas I wasn’t connected and even on the days they claim I was connected I wasn’t notified because if I knew I’d be charged I’d want to fully use the internet.
