I feel cheated by Rain

I messaged Rain to order their 4G internet package. I was called within minutes by an amazing gentleman who managed to convince me to take the 5G package. I paid, and the router and sim were delivered today which was really quick. However, I connected everything but can get no internet on my phone or my computer. The router is within one meter of the computer. I was told that my area was absolutely covered for 5G. I have been trying to send messages via Messenger, which was the way I got the immediate call from the salesman. Now no matter how many messages I send there is no response. Funny that. They have my money and I have no internet. I’m a new widow and I suffer from psychiatric issues where I have to be able to be in contact via Zoom or any other way. I’m on a very short budget and I cannot afford to continually buy data for my phone. I would like a refund. I cannot afford to pay for internet that doesn’t work. Rain can come and collect the router and the sim. I know it is only half a day but after realizing that no one would respond to my messages I looked at reviews and I’m horrified. I will make sure my back does not allow any debit orders for Rain to be debited. Please cancel and come and collect your router if you cannot have the decency to respond unless you’re going to make a sale.
