I expressed my disgust in Rain a couple of days ago, where I questioned the fact that they gave me an opportunity and or option to part pay on account and pay another amount later
I expressed my disgust in Rain a couple of days ago, where I questioned the fact that they gave me an opportunity and or option to part pay on account and pay another amount later. As I stressed this matter previously, they ********* and use bullying tactics. They rep**** to my email but no one has called me nor emailed me wrt my account!! Gosh what kind of organization is this?? Again they disconnected my services this morning!!! FOR WHAT???😡😡😡 IT IS NOT MONTH END YET!!! Please HELLOPETER Let this review go viral or post it publicly. I noticed ever review of mine regarding Rain is not displayed publicly

That's okay as its according to your terms and conditions , but then please explain how do you allow a client to part pay an amount one week and next week suspend??? In this economy??? You accepting that the client is in arrears because you allow that option. So in normal circumstances a consumer is offered an option to pay off until month end and pay then hopefully can pay the full amount or atleast 3/4 of the arrears!!
