I don't want to hear anything concerning Rain

This review is for Rain, the Internet Service Provider, and they actually do not deserve even this one star that I am giving them. They only serviced me properly for two months after signing up with them. And so before my 3rd payment was due, I called to let them know that my Bank Card Number has changed, so their consultant gave me a link that I must use to pay. I paid using that link and the payment was successful - I took a screenshot of it. To my biggest surprise, Rain disconnected my WiFi stating that I did not pay. (And you must know that with Rain you pay in advance because it's month-to-month). I tried all means to contact them but to no avail. It seems like they flag your number so that anytime you call them only an answering machine telling you you need to pay will talk to you. You will not get through to any consultant. So I used a different number to call them, and when I explained my story to them, they would say they are putting me through to someone who should help me but they would disconnect the call. The only email address you have of them is unattended. I tried reaching out through Facebook and I sent the screenshot of the successful payment and the payment link their consultant gave me. But Rain paid no regard to all these attempts. They were not even willing to investigate where the payment might have gone to or whether the link I was given was a legitimate one or not. What now makes me more furious is that the very same Rain who disregarded my query is now sending me text messages that I owe them an equivalent of a month's payment, while they are the ones who disconnected my WiFi even though I had paid them for that particular month. Who wouldn't be angry?
