I DON'T recommend rain ISP, rather go with Herotel

I have recently opened 3 support tickets on my rain profile where the internet just does not work and rain did not do any effort to fix the problem or reach out to me. I highly DON'T recommend rain to anyone as their networks are overloaded and takes on too many customers and don't do anything to upgrade their network. I will probably get the usual generic reply on this about how sorry they are but actually what they mean with that is that they don't care and just take peoples money for something that does not work. Rather go with Herotel as they are cheaper for more than double the speed on a uncapped fiber line if you have it available in your area.
