I DON'T OWE RAIN

Hi, I HAD a month to month subscription with rain but unfortunately had to cancel because I couldn't afford it anymore. My understanding of a m2m contract means I pay before I use but I canceled theis in December but I'm getting calls, texts and emails from rain that I'm owing. PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW THIS IS EVEN POSSIBLE. BECAUSE ALSO NOW MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH HAS NO INCOME IS OVER DRAFTED WITH OVER R1000 FROM RETURNED DEBIT ORDERS FROM YOU. WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO GET THAT MONEY.
