I DONT JOIN RAIN. THEY JUST WANT MONEY

I was with Rain in 2021 then i got an online job. I soon lost that job because I'm internet kept going off. I left rain that same month (Nov). they still debited me in December and when i called i paid the settable amount of R72 and some odd cents as shown on my app. I called again and everything was settled. Until today then i was recommended Rain again by a friend in my area and went to check it out. Even after 3 years, it shows I'm owing almost another R100. i called to inquire. not only did they not know why or how it was owing. they refuse to give me any breakdown for what i have to pay it for. I was requested to "Just pay it and get it over with", "to not complain because I got a good deal, it should be over R170." I never got a call from them regarding this over the years or any form of notification about it. R1OO IS R100.
