I don't have internet!!!! I'm being ignored by RAIN

I've been with rain for years, I've had the 5G router for a few months now, they used to respond to my Facebook messenger text very quick, now they go for days without a response and I'm losing business. I haven't had internet for the past 24 hours, I've done everything I was told to do when this this started about a month ago, it was fixed, or at least I thought so, right now it doesn't even go down to 4G, internet is completely off!!!! I've lost so much work and I don't have money to buy other network providers internet bundles.
