I don't have connection since yesterday

I don't have connection since yesterday. I called in the morning and couldn't get help. I called at 1300h and spoke to Nompumelelo, ref *** and she was very arrogant to me. This network provider is very inefficient and they'll always tell me that my matter will be escalated but nothing comes through. I've been offline for the past 24hrs . I will never recommend it to any one in the world. Rain is extremely inefficient but quick to take their money from my account monthly. The company is a shame
